Stephen and his team were amazing!! He was always available by text and answered promptly. There was ALOT of work that had to be done on my roof, gutters, fascia, and soffit. It was no small feat. They made sure I was happy- even when I was a bit nit-picky. I paid completely out of pocket, and the price was reasonable. I LOVED the color of the roof, and the options they provided. Very great experience with this company. Insurance initially denied my claim. Ernest met with the inspector and my claim was approved literally within hours. My roof was replaced less than 3 days later. I have solar panels on my roof and they were even able to take them off and put them back on quickly and efficiently. Hots off to these guys. I’d recommend them any time.

Strong Roofing Texas just finished replacing my roof. They helped me file a claim with my insurance and when the adjuster was only going to give me $1500 my contact, Chris Olmos went to work! They helped me file an appeal and even connected me with an independent appraiser to prove that I had significant hail damage. This was a long process (5 months!) but Chris checked on me every time it rained. Put tarps up to keep water out of my house. He even went into my attic to check for leaks. With the appraisal process I was awarded a brand new roof paid for by insurance. I would have given up a long time ago but Chris assured me they would get it done. Excellent customer service, great communication and smooth one day process. Strong Roofing Texas went above and beyond. I’ll recommend them to anyone needing a new roof!

Strong Roofing is the best roofing company that has done my roof compared to other roofing company. They also cleaned up everything and very professional and respectful. They also always had Either Sam, Ernest and Stephen at my residence in case I had any questions. Most roofing companies don’t have the main bosses at the job sites for any case scenario. Other companies boss just so up and never see them again but that’s not the case with Strong Roofing Texas.
