Inspections are free and estimates are provided in writing. Prices are valid for the period stated on the estimate and may change if the scope of work changes or hidden damage is discovered after work begins. We will always discuss any change with you before proceeding.
Roofing timelines depend on weather, material availability, and permitting. We use our own trained crews - not subcontractors - and stand behind our workmanship. Specific warranty terms are provided with your estimate and contract.
When we assist with an insurance claim, we document damage and communicate with your adjuster on your behalf. We do not guarantee any particular claim outcome; coverage decisions are made solely by your insurer.
Manufacturer material warranties are passed through per the manufacturer’s terms. Our workmanship warranty is described in your signed agreement. Warranties may be voided by unauthorized repairs, alterations, or failure to maintain the roof.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Texas law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Bexar County, Texas.
